Our menu includes Mexican Traditional Dishes that taste very similar to what can be served in different regions in Mexico.  For instance, we serve authentic Mole Poblano - recipe from Puebla Mexico.  Fish Tacos - Baja estyle.  Sopa Azteca - as it is served in Mexico City, and Fried Tilapia - recipe from Morelos, Mexico.  We also serve Carnitas - Michoacan style, White Pozole - as it is served in the central part of Mexico.  Our Shrimp Cocktail - is the result of a combination of what you can find in some coastal areas of Sinaloa, Colima, and Guerrero states.

At Los Cabos Restaurant, we don't claim to serve authentic Mexican Food because in order to do that you have to specialize in a specific mexican region.  Mexico is comprised of different regions and what is served in the Southern part of Mexico may not be the same that is served in the Northern even though both dishes might the same name.  Therefore, we specialize in serving traditional dishes that appeal to the taste buds of individuals who have an ample knowledge of the great variety of the Mexican Cuisine and value the effort of every meal created from scratch.
